This Braille eBook Reservation System website provides free service to members from various units under the Hong Kong Society for the Blind like, Information Accessibility Centre, Rehabilitation Centre, Parents Resource Centre for Visually Impaired Children, Community Support and Recreational Services and the elderlies in the homes for the aged blind.

Procedure:

Fill up the form below and click the submit button for further verification.
To verify the email address, the system will automatically send an email to the registered email address. Please use personal email account and each account can only be registered once.
Members please click on the hotlink in the email and reply within 24 hours. This is to ensure the email address accuracy.
If you do not receive our auto-reply mailbox confirmation email, please add our email "ebook@hksb.org.hk" to your Email Address Book and re-submit your membership registration form after 24 hours. Please make sure your email account is typed correctly and working.
Upon receipt of reply, member's data would be sent to relevant centre for verification. Each member can only register once.
Upon receipt of confirmation from relevant centre, member would receive an email with login password.

在向中央點字製作中心提供個人資料之前，請細閱本聲明：

收集個人資料的目的
閣下所提供的個人資料，將會被香港盲人輔導會（本會）中央點字製作中心（本中心）作為申請服務之用。提供個人資料予本中心，純屬自願。若未能提供所需個人資料，本中心有可能無法有效處理有關申請點字電子書預約系統的服務。請確保所提供之資料正確無誤及通知本中心有關任何資料改動。

轉移資料與受讓人的類別
閣下所提供之個人資料，將會按工作需要提供予本會及本中心職員使用。此外，在有需要時可能會向下列有關方面披露該等資料：
1.其他涉及評估你的服務申請或向你提供服務的有關方面，例如政府部門、教育機構；或
2.你已給予同意向其披露資料的有關方面；或
3.由法律授權或法律規定須向其披露資料的有關方面。
本中心不會出售、租借收集的個人資料給予其他機構。

查閱及改正個人資料
除了個人資料（私隱）條例規定的豁免範圍外，閣下有權查閱及改正本中心所存有關你的個人資料。查閱資料要求必須以書面提出。
